TURICAA has also a component of hostel management in a perspective of exploitation of the cultural heritage of a region. Its most emblematic hostel is the "Espinho Vintage" (https://espinhovintage.pt), which is a building formally classified as "building of cultural and historical interest".
The package of technical skills demanded to the staff of TURICAA is complex. Therefore TURICAA works closely with local training institutions in Tourism, in order to promote innovation and to fine-tune the training programmes to the skills valued by TURICAA.
